Rep. Gallego Visits Monahans Education Center

State Representative Pete Gallego paid a visit to Monahans Education Center (MEC) on Monday, Sept. 22 and presented MEC Principal Daryl Skinner with a beautifully framed copy of the Texas Declaration of Independence.  The Declaration will be mounted in the front entrance at MEC.

Following the presentation, Gallego elected to teach all MEC students a class on the electoral process.  Details of that class will be presented in a later edition of The News.
