Big Green Band Beau and Sweetheart picked

The Big Green Band members cast their vote for Homecoming Beau and Sweetheart last week.  Matt Swanson was elected the 2004 Band Beau and Irene Blocker was chosen for the 2004 Band Sweetheart.

Swanson is the son of Mike and Georganna Swanson.  he has 5 brothers and sisters including Eve, 28, Juliet, 27, Crosby, 24, Tanner, 21, and Ben, 18.

He participates in Varsity football, National Honor Society, UIL History and UIL Literary Criticism.

Blocker is the daughter of Lee Cook.  She has two sisters Marcia Fuentes, 28, and Bobbi Bell, 24.  She is a member of the Varsity tennis team, National Honor Society, Business Professionals of America, Student council and Senior Class President.

The couple will be recognized in the pre-game festivities before Friday night's homecoming game.
